Niagen NR Drips Against NAD+ Drips

One menu may list a drip as NAD+ and another as Niagen (NR), and the two labels do not have to mean the same thing. What goes into either drip is a question for each provider, so doses, ingredients and results stay off this page. What can be sourced is lined up instead: how many of 15 service categories each of the 14 providers shows, with NAD+ and IV among them.

How the NAD+ and IV fields are counted

Every provider is counted on how many of the 15 fixed longevity and wellness categories its own site shows, high to low. The field to match against each menu is "Number of 15 longevity and wellness services offered". NAD+ and IV are two of the 15. Niagen (NR) has no category of its own and would fall under IV or NAD+, depending on how a provider labels it. Apollo House scores 15 on apollohousenyc.com, per the source line at the foot of the page.

What the numbers say about a drip menu

Apollo House's 15 cover both the NAD+ and the IV category. The count cannot settle whether Niagen (NR) sits under either label there.

At 9, 5 and 5, Dr. Syra Aesthetics & Longevity Institute, Collagen Bar NYC and Elite Aesthetics each need asking which drips, if any, their menus carry.

Three providers sit at 4: InVita Wellness, Remedy Place Flatiron and Tribeca Medspa. Five sit at 3: Arōe Health, Ever/Body Flatiron, Ever/Body Greenwich Village, Extension Health and UPKEEP Med Spa. For all eight, the exact drip name has to be read off the menu.

To find it, Google Maps puts Remedy Place Flatiron at 12 W 21st St FRNT 1, New York, NY 10010.

LING Union Square at 2 and Yunara Life at 0 give too little to suggest a drip menu.

The label is the first field to read. Ask whether the menu calls a drip NAD+ or Niagen (NR), what the vial contains by name, and how many milligrams each drip holds. Set beside the drip names, a PMC study of chronic nicotinamide riboside supplementation in healthy middle-aged and older adults and Cleveland Clinic on NAD+ supplements, their benefits and risks give background on the molecules, and a PMC retrospective tolerability pilot study of intravenous NAD+ versus nicotinamide riboside comes closest to this comparison. None of them rates a provider here, and none is used to call one drip better.

Picking between the two drip labels

Apollo House is the only provider in the table with a complete set of 15, as its own site shows (apollohousenyc.com). A full set does not say which drip is better, and none of the studies above settles it either. Choose between NAD+ and Niagen (NR) by asking each provider for the full ingredient label and its reason for recommending one, and take the plan to a licensed clinician.
